How long does it take for the order to be processed & delivered?

- Online orders take from 4 to 8 weeks to be delivered inside Egypt.

- You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed and ready for delivery or pick up.

- Please note that every order placed at Banna Furniutre is handmade and prepared as per the customer’s request, ensuring the finest quality at every stage of the production process.

                                                       

How do I receive my online order?

- We offer local & international shipping through a 3rd party courier service.

- We also offer a Pick Up service for orders, which allows you to pick up your order from our inventory in Old Damietta - Damietta governorates.

How can I pick up my online order?

After filling the shipping information at checkout, the delivery options will appear the order summery box. If you choose the pick-up service, kindly present a copy of the order confirmation email to the salesman in the store in order to receive your order.

- Our local shipping fees are vary from 200 to 500 EGP inside Cairo, and 500-1000 EGP for other governorates in Egypt.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping for orders made through www.bannafurniture.com.
